The Philly family is in totally disarray. Stanfa, Skinny Joey Merlino and the rest are in jail or being indicted.

Anyone know is rumored to be the boss or is it still anarchy and no one is collecting the 'street tax' that the Philly mob imposes on books, bars w/illegal slots, etc.
