But after carefull thought our organised crime freinds would find away around it. I have no idea how though. I'm not the brains. I would've had that first impression Turi had about a year ago. However, we have to take several factors into considerations. Firstly, are the New York Families actually still use those gambling stuff for income?? If they are, then I think that we have a situation that is very similar to one discussed (indirectly) in the novel The Last Don. If I remember correctly, The Clericuzios had great numbers of illegal gambling outlets throughout New York operating on all levels of gambling. It was claimed that if gambling was made legal, The Clericuzio would benefit immensely since it already had the system in place and operational. It already had its customers, and all what was left would be advertising themselves to let non-customers who want to gamble know of their establishments' existence. I think if the real New York Families depended on Gambling for income had such an operation and system in place, they'd be in a better position to benefit from the legalising of such a law to a great extent. Of course, I'm not sure if the law allows Private Parties to participate in The Gambling Business... But, this was the reasoning of a fictious novel, I think it's a reasonable analysis when I compare it to new companies attempting to penetrate a new markets and the competition they'd face from well-established and previously existing companies...

gambling is still the no.1 money source for mobsters, not because it brings in that big score but the constant flow of money that it produces and the small little side jobs it creates, out of this world interest rates, loansharking etc. i also thought that they would not be happy but after thinking about it,i see huge potential in alot more areas then just the gambling, unions, foodservices, construction, hotels also by law(casino law)if the casino has terminated his or her credit for what ever reason you could always visit the local wise guy for a quick loan.

i am notinvolved with any law enforcement agency,i do how-ever know people in my region that are made guys and connected guys and i am not ashamed to say i get alot of work through them,my mother was(passed on) and i am related to one of the 5 families that answers to newyork via pittsburgh.BY NO MEANS does this make me a thug or a gangster only guilty by association,i know the things that my family has told me,and i know what i know by keeping my mouth shut and listening, old saying(LESS IS MORE)
