Today on Dutch television in a program this was announced:

Unknown bishop was arrested, because they acquired his true identity. And I give you one guess on his name: BERNARDO PROVENZANO....the Mafia boss of Sicily! Capo di Tutti Capi!

Can someone confirm/deny this rumour!!!

Reuters, the international news agency, has a story that was widely reported, in which Provenzano was said to have dressed as a Bishop to escape arrest. The story does not say that he has been arrested. Try this link:
