Do any of you know where i can find the birth dates of the characters? If they existed in the movie or novel?

The only exact birth date given was Vito's, and that was shown on his tombstone as April 28, 1887. That date was changed in Part II to December 7, 1891 (which would have meant he was celebrating his 50th birthday in the flashback scene that ended Part II).
