Are there still a lot Families that work together regularly with some of the families in Italy or on Sicily.

I know the Genoveses still have links with a family from the Castallamarese-region. But I dont know if they work toghether on a regular base.
The Gambinos also had some links during Castellano's reign and it is said that even Gotti went over a couple of times. But what is left of that?
