Since I dont have HBO I've never seen any sopranos episodes until last night. I got the first season for my birthday. And right after school today I watched the first 4 episodes. This is one of the best shows ever. It rivals the simpsons. I just hope they kept the quality of the show through the years.

Hi Dan Mataya,

Yes, something about that show that just "grabs" you right away. I liked it after the first episode and was hooked after the second. Try to see all three seasons so you'll be ready for season 4 when that comes out.

As far as comparing with the Simpsons, well, I I'd be more likely to say it's television's answer to The Godfather, only in modern times. A show with good acting, good writing, and storylines that keep your interested and at times surprise you. Glad you enjoyed it!! I look forward to hearing your thoughts and opinions

....Save a few dollars and be prepared to go out and buy Season 2 and 3. You'll get hooked.
