Well the "Vito is gay" news isn't exactly confined to the immediate Soprano family anymore. We saw both Chris and Phil spreading it around, so I'm sure somebody got a hold of it and told the FBI.

The FBI obviously knows the whole structure of the family and has his photo, and certianly vito has priors, so if they get wind of the gay thing, certainly they will approach him and offer him immunity... good call, can be a very interesting twist... they want him out, he feels like an outsider and who knows, from the looks of it, he may be happy to do some time on the inside with all those men and then be released in arizona under a different name... sounds logical to me lol.
