I love the RPG games out there. My favorite is FFIII or Fanal Fantasy III, also known as Final Fantasy VI. Square Soft was king for a while...their games just got way too easy. Ever since FFVII (Final Fantasy VII) was released, every RPG I touch is too easy. The stories lost their passion. I actually turned to strategy games to get some challenge. I had fun with FFI. It was very difficult. The coolest PSI game I played was Legend of Dragoon. If you never seen it, it had a unique battle system. The game started off slow like most RPGs. Its story was stupid and undeveloped...after some time it exploded with creativity.
Anyhow, shout out your favorites...let me know what you love.

I played FF7 FF8 FF9 Chrono cross and some others all IMHO excellent games.
I recently borrowed Kingdom Hearts and I'm going to start it right after this post. I hear it's a great game so only time will tell.
Cheers

Best RPG is without a doubt Baldurs Gate II: Shadows of Amn If anyone here has played this game, you'll know what I'm talking about Great gameplay, engaging storyline, tons of classes and subclasses (first time I played through, I was a Bard whom I got to level 21, second time through, a Mage whom I also maxed out). It also is a plain huge game. I spent hours and hours playing it, and I still don't think I've completed all the side quests, of which there must be at least a hundred. Mind blowing Another great RPG is Neverwinter Nights, which is a lot like Baldurs Gate II, but with better graphics, more class options and other cool features. Only bad part is you can't have a big party like in Baldurs.

Neverwinter Nights is more fun because your party isn't that big. I like that. I'm an 'einzelganger' (Deutsch).
