Why don't you just pick all the outcomes that would be good for the Steelers?

Then you'll have 15 more things to root for.

Don Cardi [/b][/quote]Then say under because their winning margin would be "-7" if they lose which is under 3.5

Ok, I guess I was reading it like it was a line of a favorite or an underdog.

Old habits are hard to break.

Thanks DMC.

DM is right. If you think Pittburgh is gonna win outright, then Seattle won't have any winning margin, much less a three and a half point winning margin.

But DM...I don't understand what you mean when you say

"Then say under because their winning margin would be "-7" if they lose which is under 3.5"

What does "-7" have to do with anything?

What I meant was if Pittsburgh wins the game then the winning margin from Seattle's point of view would be a negative number because they lost so that would be under/lower than Positive 3.5. I just picked the number 7 as a losing margin.

I noticed that the winners of the Post Season Pick 'Em and Post Season Salary Cap games don't have their respective names in lights yet.

You mean the one that I won? The salary cap game?

The one that required the greatest amount of skill, strategy, and planning, right?

But don't fear - you're on top of the list (simply cuz now that Mary is the new MOAFS, and it's been what, months?, since you last won something...)

Oh, MC... after all this time? I made it up a while ago, when I called JL the "Master of All Fantasy Sports" (MOAFS) when he was on a roll (and to make Plaw mad ).... but once JL started screwing up, he became MOAAFS (...almost all... )

I suggest a name change to either MOFFS (Master Of Few Fantasy Sports) or MOFSNAW (Master Of Fantasy Sports, Now A Wuss).

I mean, what he he won (much less played) lately?

What've you won, besides a couple self-proclaimed Level C games? But I will admit, JL has been creepily absent, and I have no problem taking away all his titles!

Funny you should mention that; I was just thinking about it the other day.

Some kind of system where we rated the type of game, i.e.,

Level 5: Long season, requiring daily attention (All Baseball games, Salary Cap Basketball, Yahoo Football, Yahoo Basketball, Yahoo Hockey etc.)

Level 4: Long season, requiring weekly attention (NBA Weekly Pick 'Em, NBA Rookies, Salary Cap Football, NFL Pick 'Em Golf, etc.)

Level 3: Short season, daily attention (Can't think of any)

Level 2: Short season, weekly attention (NFL Playoffs Salary Cap, College FB Pick 'Em, Thursday Nite FB, Survivor FB, NFL Playoffs Pick 'Em, etc.)

Level 1: One shot games (Super Bowl Props, NBA Draft, NFL Draft, etc.)

Then multiply the "Level Number" by the number of particpants in the game to get the point value of what winning that game is worth, and give half as many points for finishing 2nd, and half again for finishing 3rd.

Something like that....
