What is your favorite feature on the entire Godfather bonus disc?
I like the Godfather Documentary (especially the music) and the Soprano's clip.

I'm not sure if it's a feature or not, but the beautiful resolution and colors are feasts for my eyes. I love the video versions, but I STILL can't get over the beautiful photography after the digital remastering.

What exactly are you referring to when you say "bonus disc"? DVD or VHS? (I'm a dunce)
"Leave the gun. Take the cannolis.
"We're all gonna be three little Fonzies - and what was Fonzie?!", "Cool?", "Correct-a-mundo!"

Thanks Welcome to you to Dream Master.....I see you are pretty new too. Unfortunately I do not yet possess a DVD player so I have yet to experience the wonders of the GF bonus disc but it's on my Christmas list!

Coppola's commentary is superlative, as far as I'm concerned. Bonus material like director commentary is what drives me to DVDs anyway, versus claims of enhanced video or audio quality. In the genre of director's commentary I've heard none better than that provided by FFC on these discs.
The deleted scenes make the DVD an incredible value, too. I also especially love the FFC Notebook section, where we get to see his working copy of the novel, with all the handwritten notes in various ink colors.
I think the DVD set is awesome, and it's what drove me to get a DVD player in the first place. What was the point in having the technology if my favorite cinematic story wasn't available?
The main character, it's a guy just like me. I uh -- I wouldn't even have to act -- just be myself.

Hey GD,
My advice to you is to get ethier a Sony or Toshiba DVD player - they are the original makers.

How these things come back to haunt many actors (and all of us)!! I bet Martin Sheen thought that little clip would never return to public view.

I would have to go with dir. commentaries, deleted scenes and the making (the thought of having a diff. cast just makes you wonder what would have become of the film, hehehe). ![[Linked Image]](http://www.thegodfathertrilogy.net/emoticons/hugegrin.gif) Knowing Puzo did it for money was a blast too (easter egg).
