Sadly, THE GODFATHER SAGA, which is hard to find, has the best deleted scenes. You can usually find one on ebay, but be prepared for poor quality because Paramount never released it on VHS or DVD. It'll be a bootleg.

I bought a copy of the Saga on ebay. Yes it was poor quality, but overall I thought it was excellent. It was great seeing the many deleted scenes incorporated into the movie.
