Tears For Fears: Everybody Wants To Rule The World.
One of the great driving songs, ever. Absolutely! Many years ago when cassete recorders were in vogue I had a driving cassette. If I can remember the tunes. Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad - Clapton Wavelength - Van Morrison Ramblin on My Mind - Marshall Tucker Band Runnin' On Empty - Jackson Browne Do Ya, Do Ya, Want My Love - ELO ...there was a J. Geils song on there too. I recently got a EZ Vinyl Converter for record albums and converting them into MP3s. I've just started. It's going to take a long time, but the quality is great and it's fun going through my stuff from the late 60s, and 70s. Got lots of Gordon Lightfoot too Kly.

Do Ya, Do Ya, Want My Love - ELO
But my ELO favorites, "Livin' Thing" and "Turn to Stone" were. I think I'll buy it any way this weekend. I regret not being a bigger fan of ELO in the late 70s. Sailing away on the crest of a wave it's like magic, Rolling and riding and slipping and sliding - it's magic..... Quite a unique sound with those electric strings. I think I'll make that LP my next Convert.

...and you, and your sweet desire, You took me, higher and higher, baby... Its a livin' thing...

(Though I would hope you (that's a compliment) sense in my words a certain abstract bitterness, perhaps even a pretentiousness, which likes to stamp on toes here.) Nevermind all that I said then since I now know you were referring to a certain kind of person. Well, at least you're straightforward with your intentions of provoking and agitating.

What do you like to listen to while you drive?
Most of Andrea Bocelli's songs. The Phantom Of The Opera soundtrack. Rolling Stones' "Satisfaction" "Miss You" and "Shattered" are great driving songs. Elton John's "Funeral For A Friend" is another great driving song. Kiss "Detroit Rock City" and "Rock and Roll All Night."
Don Cardi Five - ten years from now, they're gonna wish there was American Cosa Nostra. Five - ten years from now, they're gonna miss John Gotti.
