With Geary in Fredo's Brothel

It is a given that the Corleone's are technically "bad guys," in the eyes of the law, but the purpose of this poll is to find out which Corleone enemies are the mosty villanous. I have unilaterally selected some from each movie. The criteria I have tried to use is the seriousness of the threat and the things said to a Corleone family member. An example: In GF I Tattaglia was a villian, but he never said anything too terrible, and it turned out he was just " a pimp," so he did not make the cut. If I left someone out who should be on the lest, post away.
"Io sono stanco, sono imbigliato, and I wan't everyone here to know, there ain't gonna be no trouble from me..Don Corleone..Cicc' a port!"
"I stood in the courtroom like a fool."
"I am Constanza: Lord of the idiots."

Roth.
Sollozzo just wanted to have his narcotics, and if Don Corleone stood in the way... bad for him.
Fredo didn't know they were gonna assasinate Mike.
Senator Geary hated Michael, but he merely wanted to tease them.
It never was clear to me who the Lucchese guy was, what he did, what he had against the Corleone. If they just told he was a young button of Don Ciccio in the old days, then that would be fine. Stupid explanation, but then he at least has a background.
See, we can act as smart as we want, but at the end of the day, we still follow a guy who fucks himself with kebab skewers.

Sollozzo set in motion all of the events that would lead to an all out war among the New York families which would have serious repucussions for all, especially the Corleones. It led to Michael's life-changing decision to go with his father. Solozzo sought to get the families in the narcotics business, which Vito knew was a bad move. Sollozzo tried to kill Vito, and was willing to go into a hospital to finish the job.
