My dad's sister. She's been on her deathbed a couple/few years with a brain tumor or something. No one really expected her to last so long, but at the same time, she's been pretty unresponsive so it's for the best. Dad's coming up from Florida days before I was to fly down (but I may be postponing 'til Easter cuz now my brother/nephew may be going down then, so now I have no idea what's going on) [I'm going as planned]. It just turned into a busy/complicated week!

Are the Aussies too busy lighting wildfires?! You think you're clever and funny, lompac, but you're a joke. Keep trying to piss me off. I've actually got a life and don't spend my time on the net trying to annoy people, make fake threats and pretend I'm a mini Mafia Boss. I'm going to London in December. Come meet up with me. Please. Oh and JG, sorry to hear the bad news, bro.

LN, Is your wife ok? Sorry about the bad week. Remember, it can only get better. Good luck. TIS

14 lbs -- Turi had just posted on Facebook yesterday that he'd lost 1 stone since Christmas, so I only found out myself. Of course I first asked if it was a gall or bladder stone

Sounds like I have the other job, the one I wanted instead of having to be a telemarketer. It's working with mentally disabled people and helping them lead (semi) normal lives. Taking them grocery shopping or helping them with household things and whatnot. Should be fun working with them. Wife's still slowed down by the stomach flu...they said her labs showed some food poisoning too, so I think she had food poisoning AND the stomach flu, which would explain why she was so sick. She's drinking as much water as she can... it went back down to normal (140). I had no idea, what are they doing to have such hight heart rate! It takes a lot of energy to suck the life out of your mother... I was surprised when I first found out about how fast babies heartbeats are in the womb too.

LN, How's the job search? Did you take any offers yet? Good luck to you. Hope you are in the workforce soon. There will be a lot of cutbacks at my school district too (job cuts, both for certificated/classified possitions), layoffs, and budget cuts. In the words of our Principal, "brace yourselves" Doesn't look good. There have also been rumors of a "golden handshake" retirement package offered to some. I say, "make me an offer I can't refuse" and I'm outta there. TIS
