Allright, I'll try to spice this thread a bit so it wont be a complete boredom to read...it may not end up funny, but hopefully cute. And if not, then I guess I can live with the bad guy badge for a while wink

(there are some personal notes to some of you at the end of this post, but lemme begin with the "serious" stuff first...)

I dont even know what this thread is about, it's not your "Im back!who's first to welcome me" thread....I'm afraid I'm not really back, just paying a visit, but it was important for me to post this and say that even though I've been gone for a couple of years, I did not forget about this place, or the wonderful people in here. I will never forget. It might take a couple more years before I'll be back posting again like old days of glory, but it will happen in the end.

Life's been a mess the last couple of years, but I aint complaining. I've been working my ass with no spare time for fun - not that I'm trying to keep up with the Joneses...more like trying to keep up with the rent grin Poor dry, but happy nontheless smile

I'd like to thank those of you who've been asking about me and those who took the time to write me - sweet words of loyalty have no price. I cant thank you enough.

So I'll be here for a week, more or less. I'm down with a nasty fever, so bet your ass I'm gonna use some of that time to post around here.

One last thing...a few "personal" notes (make sure to read them all before you kill me...)

TIS....how I miss the way you always like to pick a fight with everyone. Swearing and flaming and what not. Always ready for battle. Never a nice word. Hell yeah!

Turnbull....how I do NOT miss your ignorant Godfather posts. Seriously man, ever thought about watching the movies a couple of times before you open your mouth? Your posts are the worst GF posts in this forum!

SC....how I miss your always-serious posts around here. Ever heard of wit? humor? you sure could use some!

JG...how I miss your "I'm king of the forum, bow down before me!" posts. Hell, imagine we had some Waldo-freak, tongue-sandwiches-lover, who keeps shaving his legs every monday and thursday, not to mention playing an imaginary game called "Peanus" with a certain DMC? the horror!!! Thank God we have YOU instead!

Capo....how I miss your "It's Sunday people, go to church!" posts. But take it easy will ya? just cause you're chief commander of all Jehovah's Witnesses doesnt mean you have to preach our asses all the time...

Mignon....how I miss your devotion to paganism.

Gina...I certainly do NOT miss you "Die Astros, Die!" posts. You're such a hooligan! show some respect for these baseball players! And Blues Brothers is NOT the worst movie ever. I love it lots. So eat your heart.

Lavinia....I do NOT miss your cat-torturing techniques, I cant believe you made those videos!
nor do I miss not knowing from which country you are...too bad you never mentioned it.

DeNiro...how I miss your lengthy posts, but you certainly need to cut down the size...just a bit. People cant read so much in one go, y'know...

Irishman and Ronnie...I certainly dont miss the two of you making out in the "movies you just watched" thread. Everytime I go there, it's playland. I realize you love each other to death, but please, find a room or something. This aint "Brokeback Gangsters" here..

Patrick....how I miss your Shakespeare classes. But alas, the people here have better things to do in their lives...like listening to 2pac.

DV...I miss your Pizza....but NOT your veiny ass!

Snake...I think I speak for everyone here saying that we all miss your INNOCENT avatar wink grin

Long lost Corleone....I miss not knowing when's your birthday. Seriously!

Bogey...I recently read your book "The benefits of living with roommates"....didnt know it was so much fun till I hit Chapter 16, aka "Toilet papers"...

Allright, that's enough for now. That's just half the list, but I gotta go now.

Fame,

Sure I've heard of wit; but the guy who explained the concept to me was only three feet tall. I guess that makes me a half-wit.

Welcome back! I'm sorry that your real-life issues have you so consumed, but that happens to all of us at one time or another. Keep plugging away and think positively!

BTW - Great thread title! clap

Thanks! How TIS of you to repsond, you're such a TIS person and it sure is TIS to see you here as well smile

BTW - love that quote as well, I think it just might be the most popular quote from a video game. "Duke Nukem 3D" was the coolest video game when it came out back in the 90's. Things were really special back then. Now the market is flooded with such games.

Neither do I...leave the movies to those amateurs. You and I both know the Saga is the real treat. wink

SB...I'm not worthy of such praise. But say you love me more than Derek Jeter and I'll forgive you grin

So glad seeing you in here, Babe! smile

You're right, Fame. I really need to stop being so critical - give those Astros a chance. I mean, they're having a pretty good year so far. Aren't they? Let me see... Oh. 6-11 record, huh?

Die Astros, Die!!

Nah, I'll never talk about my boys like that. Even if they're losing, baseball is baseball. smile

Like I said, I hope things turn out better for you soon and that we get to have you back "for good" someday.
