Mama Gotti's had it.

"Why don't you just kill him now!," the matriarch of the Gotti clan yelled at Judge Kevin Castel at the end of a hearing for her son John A. (Junior) Gotti in Manhattan Federal Court.

"They're trying to kill him before trial," she said. "These are the good guys? God help us."

Victoria Gotti erupted after Castel shot down Junior's request to have a second lawyer assist in his defense when he goes to trial on conspiracy charges in September.

"They fight like little b------, instead of men," Mrs. Gotti said after the hearing.

It will mark the fourth time that Gotti has faced down the feds in the past four years.

All three previous trials ended in mistrials.

Gotti looked noticeably slimmer than his last appearance before Castel.

"I'm feeling good today," he told Castel.

Not that good, said his lawyer Charles Carnesi, who contended his client needs to receive treatment for a recurrence of kidney stones, which have become infected.

Radio host Curtis Sliwa offered a remedy for Gotti's medical condition.

"I'd be more than happy to break up his kidney stones with a nice therapeutic massage," Sliwa said, flashing a coy smile.

Sliwa was shot twice in 1992 as he tried to jump out the window of a cab whose doors had been rigged shut by Gotti henchmen, prosecutors say.

The mob scion had grown testy over Sliwa's on-air rants about the Gotti clan after his father's racketeering conviction earlier that year.

This coming from a woman who's husband killed many a "good guy?" From a mother who's son went around with a gang of guys bullying innocent people?

I can understand a mother trying to protect and defend her son. It's her child and it's natural.

But considering what the men in her life have done to other mothers and their sons, she should think about how ridiculous she sounds and quiet down.

Do you mean "criminally receiving stolen goods"? That's usually a state rap.
If Mama Gotti were listed as an employee of one of the Gambino Family's criminal fronts, it's possible she could be prosecuted under RICO if the front is identified as a "Racketeer Influenced Criminal Organization."
