Thanks for all the good wishes! Frightening to think that another year has gone by - it all happens far too quickly for my taste. That's what they fail to tell you when you are very young - the older you get, the shorter the years become!
But anyway, it was an interesting day for me. Some friends coerced me into going out to dinner and it was quite pleasant. Sorry I couldn't get to the BB, but I'm still using a public library computer and can't get here as often as I'd like.
SC, it's hard to believe that it's been over three years since that picture you posted was taken. That was the infamous Staten Island sit-down when the late Signora V. and I first met many BB denizens. Quite a lovely evening, and I'm sure it's still floating around in the BB archives.
And now, back to the "real" world for another year!
