Saw the film. Overall, I thought it was well-done, but I found the ending rather abrupt. Gee, I wonder if they were setting up for a sequel? Oh really? Don't tell me. I don't wanna know the ending, but not as good as the original I presume. The apes were pretty creepy no? TIS

SORT OF A SPOILER IN HERE
Despite trepidations, and really thinking I would hate it, I was very surprised. I thought it was very well done, the special effects were terrific, Lithgow great, and the role reversal employed when "the line" was said could not have been better.

Saw the film. Overall, I thought it was well-done, but I found the ending rather abrupt. Did you stay and watch AFTER the credits started to roll? Yes, and I thought the ending was rather abrupt.
