On the world wide web, that is. My friend told me about this site: http://www.stumbleupon.com/Based on your interests, it'll take you to a random site, and you can continue "stumbling" to more beyond it, saving favorites as you go! ---- And have we ever had a thread about miscellaneous sites that we've come across? I've started saving my favorites in a bookmark folder, so here are some good ones to check out: 1000 Awesome Things " 1000 Awesome Things is just a time-ticking countdown of 1000 awesome things. Launched June, 2008 and updated every weekday. Published as The Book of Awesome in April, 2010." Awkward Family Photos" Childhood friends Mike and Doug began the blog after Mike saw an awkward vacation photo hung in his parents’ house. Realizing there were probably plenty of other people out there with their own awkward family images, the two friends decided to create a friendly place where everyone could come together and share their uncomfortable family moments. Thus, AwkwardFamilyPhotos.com was launched." Not Always RightPassive Aggressive NotesPostSecret[People mail in their secrets on postcards, and they're anonymously posted - new ones every Sunday.] Raptitude" Raptitude is a blog for getting better at being human. I see being human as a skillset — something you can get better at if you take it upon yourself to do so. You can learn to temper rotten moods, shed your insecurities, shore up your weak points and sharpen your strong ones. Human minds and bodies are complicated vehicles for which there is no manual and no training, but we can learn to drive them a hell of a lot better than we often do, if only we make a point of it."

I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol Whaddaya want me to do? Whack a guy? Off a guy? Whack off a guy? --Peter Griffin My DVDs | Facebook | Godfather Filming Locations

Interesting Gina. I went to Stumble Upon and found myself browsing quite a bit; Awkward photos is funny. So many different topics. I'll continue to check more out in my spare time. Thanks for posting. TIS

Some of you may already be aware of this site, but if not it is really cool. It's http://www.lotview.net. It consists of ground level pictures of what I suppose is just about every city in the country. I went to the house I grew up in and my grade school Corpus Christi. I also checked out Vito's house. You can move the picture up and down a street and rotate it to see what's across the street. Give it a try.

Alright guys and gals, who wants to waste some time?! LunchtimersThis one is awesome. You can put together a jigsaw puzzle, working with random people on the Internet as you go! It's so fun - you have no idea who they are, but everyone cooperates and you end up with a complete puzzle! Be Funky"Choose from our constantly growing library of photo effects to turn your ordinary photos into extraordinary art with virtually no effort."(Might have "watermark" or logo, but still cool!) Totally Looks Like Some are pretty goofy, but others quite accurate - all entertaining. Nintendo Games You can actually play classic Nintendo games online! I tried Mario Bros., and it's not quite the same as with the controller...but even then, wow!

SB, I always wished I could make photos look like that, with those effects, and the site's so simple that I can't screw it up! TIS, it takes a special knack to find such superb ways to procrastinate online! Actually, my friend sent me a link to a list that someone had compiled, and these were a few of my favorites. I'm so annoyed...twice now, I've been "banned for two games" from the jigsaw puzzles, having not even done anything that would deserve a ban. And now it won't let me back!
