For me, its when Sonny Says to Clemenza

The whole "Nice college boy, huh" speech. Brilliant piece of acting!

One of my favorite quotes is when Michael is talking with Geary, and Geary insults him and Michael replies :

" We're all part of the same hipocracy senator, but don't ever think that it applies to my family."

There are too many to pick only one but most of my fav lines are those Michael said to Fredo. From Part I:

"Fredo - you're my older brother, and I love you. But don't ever take sides with anyone against the Family again. Ever."

And of course the whole "Fredo, you're nothing to me now..." speech from Part II.

Look the FBI guys promised me a deal. So i made up a lot of stuff about Michael Corleone'cause that's what they wanted---but it was all lies--uh---everything. And i kept saying---Michael Corleone did this and Michael Corleone did that---uh---so i said yea sure,why not.

Michael to Carlo
"Today i settled all Family business, so don't tell me you're innocent, Carlo."

Don Corleone to Tom
"Tattaglia's a pimp. He never coulda outfought Santino. But i didn't know until this day, that it was Barzini all along."

Sonny to Clemenza
"How's Paulie?"/Clemenza: "Oh, Paulie? You won't see him no more."

I could go on & on...LOL...

Michael to Frankie:
"IN MY HOME....Where my wife sleeps! Where my children come play with their toys".

Goes a long way towards explaining why Michael would kill his own brother over the betrayal that caused this.

Michael: "your my brother, Fredo, and i love you, but dont ever take sides against the family again. Ever."

This is probably the most memorable quotes throughout the whole movie.

Tom Hagen to Woltz:

"Mr. Corleone is a man who insists on hearing bad news immediately."

I think that it's the smartest quote from "The Godfather".

This line is my favorite as well.
