I can't believe I haven't been here for almost 5 months. I had some time, so I thought I'd jump back into the boards. I see there's a lot of catching up to do.

In addition to increased work over the months I've been coaching my daughter's softball team and my sons' baseball team. It's nice to have both on the same team, and although I was reluctant to take on the added responsibility of coaching, I'm glad I did it. I may not have this chance again.

I also had a bit of a health scare, particularly with my blood pressure. I pretty much have that under control by avoiding sodium and dropping some pounds. It's something I'll always keep an eye on.
