These are amazing! I can only speak for myself and I never realized until now, but I guess I never invision history in color, as I'd never had anything to base it on! very neat

Mick, I bought this book several years ago after seeing it reviewed in the NYTimes book review section. It is absolutely brilliant. In addition to superb photographic art, there's a certain almost pastel quality and clarity to early Kodachromes that adds to the artistry. A MUST !

Wow. Thanks Mick. Great find. The stark beauty of these photos is inspiring. The color, light and composition are just magnificent. The subject matter speaks of a much simpler time. Truly thought-provoking.
