It is not as good as people made it out to be be in my opinion, but still a very solid show. There are some magnificent characters on the show, but some of the story lines are far fetched. I didn't watch the Soprano's when it was "on," never had HBO during that time. I started watching it a year or so ago when its reruns were picked up by A&E.

It's an awesome show. Definitely should be watched if you have any interest in LCN. Watching it on A&E isn't nearly as good as watching the DVD's. I have watched the entire series many times over but i can't stand watching it on A&E with everything edited out.

Probably the best tv series in the history of television. Sure, it's got flaws, but I've never seen a flawless show for that matter.

It was a great show. I loved it! When it was running the Sopranos thread here on the BB would absolutely come alive with chatter on each episode. I miss those days now that I think about it. Every Sunday night, many of us couldn't wait to get to that thread and even posted as the show was airing. Fun times. smile

Check out the thread if you like. You can get an idea of our views. smile

TIS...is this you or Carmela? If it's you, then you look a lot like Carmela. Maybe your name is Edie.

Over all, the single greatest dramatic series in the history of television. No exceptions. It put HBO on the map.

This says it all...

Thanks for refreshing my memory with the trailer Jay 123. I haven't seen it since it went off the air. I purchased all the episodes EXCEPT season 6 part II. I don't know why I keep putting it off. confused

Anyway, great trailer, great acting and great series. I may just re-watch it soon.
