This is not the action of a friend. So it goes. Every country has different interests and will pursue them. The primary supply lines to Afghanistan go through Pakistan. So if they are upset enough they could slow or shut those down. Pakistani news media have reported what they said was the name of the CIA station chief in Islamabad in a possible leak from authorities seeking to damage covert American activity in the country.

Now this is the Law of the Jungleāas old and as true as the sky; And the wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the wolf that shall break it must die. As the creeper that girdles the tree-trunk, the Law runneth forward and back; For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack.

With Osama bin Laden now pushing up seaweed, the following story falls under the heading of "Now It Can Be Told." The Dogs Cats of WarClick here. Signor V.
"For me, there's only my wife..."
"Sure I cook with wine - sometimes I even add it to the food!"
"When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies?"
"It was a grass harp... And we listened."
"Do any human beings ever realize life while they live it? Every, every minute?"
"No. Saints and poets, maybe... they do some."

That's hilarious RR. Rambama? On a more serious note, sounds like his journals are quite revealing. Here's a disturbing story showing just how determined OBL was to "get" American/s. He was obsessed with attacking us. Until Navy SEALs killed him a week ago, bin Laden dispensed chilling advice to the leaders of al-Qaida groups from Yemen to London: Hit Los Angeles, not just New York, he wrote. Target trains as well as planes. If possible, strike on significant dates, such as the Fourth of July and the upcoming 10th anniversary of the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001......(see link for full story)

I read McCain's remarks on torture. You didn't expect the Republicans to let this story pass by without a word did you??? It seems President Obama's Step-Grandmother has been threatened by Al Qaeda " Security has been increased around the home of President Barack Obama's step-grandmother in Kenya after an African al Qaeda branch issued a personal threat against her, police said today.
Kenyan police told ABC News they are patrolling round the clock after Al Shabaab, the Somalia-based branch of al Qaeda, threatened the life of Sarah Obama." ... TIS http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/barack-obamas-grandmother-threatened-kenya-al-qaeda/story?id=13586549

It's one thing to be relieved that that terrorist won't do no harm no more. But those gestures of triumph over a dead I find disgusting. I'm sorry, but this argument simply drives me up the wall. What exactly is wrong with being happy about a person's death? Would it be wrong for someone who lost their entire family in the Holocaust, or who saw their children starve to death during the German siege of Leningrad (now St. Petersburg) to be happy about Hitler's death? When normal, decent people feel happy someone has died, there's a reason for it. It's not like the KKK being happy over Martin Luther King's assassination. I find the behavior of the crowds who celebrated bin Laden's death totally acceptable. They didn't beat up or kill Muslims or people that looked Middle Eastern. They didn't burn down mosques or other Muslim buildings. They just peacefully expressed their completely understandable emotions. I don't see what's wrong with that. And for anyone that supports the death penalty, I find it extremely inconsistent to say the least that someone can be bad enough to deserve to die, but apparently have enough about their life that's redeeming that people shouldn't be happy when they die. Simply feeling happy about something doesn't produce consequences, unlike executing someone.
Let me tell ya somethin my kraut mick friend!

I heard the family of Bin Laden is getting ready to file a wrongful death claim against Obama. Good.... I only hope they are filing that on two-ply paper. I am running out of toilet paper.

From a New Yorker piece on Bin Laden: Omar bin Laden, a younger son of Osama, left his father in Afghanistan in 1999 and later co-wrote a memoir with his mother, Najwa, a cousin whom Osama had married when he was seventeen and she was fifteen. In the book, Omar wrote that he had lost faith in his father as a young adult in war-ravaged Afghanistan when Osama suggested that he had his brothers consider taking up suicide bombing in the Taliban's cause. The boys demurred; Omar never got over the request. "My father," he wrote "hated his enemies more than he loved his sons." That's screwy. Two things. 1) I know some people like to keep things in the family but marrying your cousin??? Really? Cue all the Foxworthy " You might be a terrorist if your family tree doesn't fork" jokes. 3 BILLION WOMEN in the world and you're trying to pick up babes at family reunions? Talk about not having any game.... 2) "when Osama suggested that he had his brothers consider taking up suicide bombing in the Taliban's cause. The boys demurred; Omar never got over the request." "Son" "Yes, father?" "I've been thinking about your future and frankly as far as I'm concerned you don't really have one." "Father?" "Yeah, I've been checking with the brethren and they agree with me. You're worthless. But never fear, we DO need some more suicide bombers. You'd be making your old man proud, you would. What do you say?"

Cousins marrying is still pretty common in the Hassidic Jewish community, especially between families of important rabbis. "I don't want Osama comin' outta that toilet with just his dick in his hand..."And now we know why. Must've got real lonely in that compound... herbal Viagra, a jar of Vaseline and porn. And all this with two wives on call... Signor V.

I've researched that some families like to keep their lineage "pure" by mating with family members who share the same blood line. As in not to disgrace their race by their daughters having kids by different races, who come from different religions. Check out the link below: CLICK HERE

What is the logic behind loving people who don't like you and may even want you dead? Did you love Osama? Then what really gets me is "do good to them that hate you?." Let's say you're Jewish and the year is 1937. Would you consider inviting Hitler over for some burgers? Perhaps even give him a bottle of champagne as he's about to leave?

Besides, Hitler was a vegetarian. I think most of the Catholics on this board can explain this part of Matthew better than me. My point is: I even can acknowledge that most people don't feel bad about the killing of Osama. But why dancing and shouting triumphantly about it? That has no greatness. Maybe he had to be killed. I'm not sure about it. Maybe it would have been better to interrogate him. And still nobody has answered here on which legal grounds Osama has been killed. By the way, I don't intend any provocation here. I do believe that Osama was one of the most dangerous men on earth.
