Here is the aforementioned picture, you see a few Bonanno heavyweights including a young Basciano Yes. For the record, the males depicted are (standing from left to right): Trinchera´s brother (can´t remember his name right now), Basciano and Philip Giaccone. Seated (from left to right): Joseph Benanti, Dom Trinchera, "JB" Indelicato, Frank Lino and Anthony Bruno Indelicato. These guys were top members of a faction within the Bonanno Family and the Sicilians were alligned with them and they all made tons of money with the heroin. Later on, the Sicilans switched sides and supported boss Philip Rastelli in the conflict with the three Bonanno captains. (Trinchera, Giaccone and Sonny Red.) Basciano wasn´t made at the time and I believe Trinchera´s brother was never made.

Why nobody mentions Sicilian Mafia guys who are much more tougher than americans... Why, is the water in Sicily different? In general the Sicilians have a higher body count than he Americans but that can be explained by two things: -LE always was and always will be better in the US -there are a hell of alot more mafiosi in Sicily(and Italy in general) than the US so just by pure numbers the body counts are going to be higher. When you reach a certain level(multiple homicides, chopping bodies, torture etc.) the numbers don't really matter. Do you think a guy who did 50 murders is twice as tough as someone who did "only" 25?

I agree with Tyler Durden.
Depends on your definition of tough. If you're looking at purely wanton disregard for human life and devoid of all human decency, I guess Sicilians may take it. So could random street toughs in Detroit and Chicago. But personally, I think there are plenty of cowards who can pull a trigger. Don't get me wrong, I know we are talking about mafiosi so moral bankruptcy is essentially a given, but when we are talking about tough, I vote for Danny The Irishman Greene
Okla: Lie to no one. If there 's somebody close to you, you'll ruin it with a lie. If they're a stranger, who the fuck are they you gotta lie to them?

Why nobody mentions Sicilian Mafia guys who are much more tougher than americans... Simply because most people on here don't know any, and the ones they do know are the ones whose names have been repeated endlessly, ie Provenzano, Riina. Is this who I think it is?... and gravano couldnt hold any of those guys jock straps. T.g.?? Are you referring to graziano? If you're not sorry for the lack of knowledge.. And just wondering.. When you say "tough" are we talking guys who have good hands and won't hesitate to actually fight someone? Or are we talking just crazy fucks who will murder you? I know there's tons of muderers in the life.. I've always been more interested in who the guys were who were street fight tough.
