It's certainly confusing. It appears to be some sort of radio show airing the dialogue of Genovese Family mobsters? I can't find the audio, but there's transcripts. Federico Giovanelli and Frank Condo, caporegime and soldier respectively. Because of the nature of the site, it almost seems fictionalized. But if it's not, please enjoy.
