Oh yeah, I think I might have RLS as well. I cannot imagine (besides looking like Uncle Junior) how I'd be able to sleep with the mask on -- I sleep on my side and tummy -- but for those who do use it, I hear it's a great improvement for restful sleep. Whatever "restful sleep" means.

Going in for a sleep study tonight, which should be a barrel of laughs. Will see if I actually have sleep apnea finally, but that'll depend on my insomnia. I was apparently snoring something awful You kept me awake way down here.

Well I checked into a new gym last nite and it's freakin awesome. It has a bball court and a sauna. I feel like a kid at recess when I'm there. There is NOTHING better and refreshing than a sauna after working up a sweat.... I can't do them as much (high blood pressure) as I'd want but I wish I could. Haven't tried it out yet. I defly will soon though.

If you'd like to hear just a little bit from a whole bunch of hit songs... Listen To 10 Seconds Of Every Hit Song Of The ’70sI've tried casually listening to it, but it's weird hearing it switch over every ten seconds. But it's fun trying to pick out certain songs before they change. Geez, every hit song of that year. I'm only on the 1970's and am reminded of so many favorite songs (i.e. American Woman, Let It Be, Spill the Wine, Ball of Confusion) It does make you wanna hear the entire song doesn't it? I know them all, so far at least. TIS Wow, "Indiana Wants Me" oh and "Arizona" Mark Lindsey. I forgot all about that song. Never was big on the Carpenters tho. Oh and Elvis, "The Wonder of You." LOL I keep hearing only bits of good songs.

I'm sure we were on our way to tea with Buttercup and Wesley! Or maybe to the sandlot to play ball (although we would play like girls). Or perhaps we were on our way to see The Blues Brothers in concert??? Yes, all three! Great material for upcoming dreams! Mine always seem to jump around so much that I can never focus on one thing before my mind changes scenes. I really enjoyed the first SW, and I'm sure I'll enjoy the rest - though I figured the first three would be better than the later three, and now I'll know to beware of Jar Jar. The story is so much a part of our culture that I already knew most of the characters, so it's like I'm finally understanding the complete picture. TIS, that's great you recognize so many of them! Maybe you can write down the titles as you hear them, then search on YouTube; I'm sure you could find clips for most all of them. I sent this to my mom because she's been thinking up songs she'd like for me to put on her mp3 player, and this gives a lot of great ideas.

Oh and Elvis, "The Wonder of You." I think that was his greatest song. I like the song too but probably not my favorite EP song. Actually, I'd probably have a very long list if I had to choose favorites. Unless I missed it somehow, I didn't hear in the 70's clip "My Sweet Lord." I got married in late 1970 and I always think of my honeymoon when I hear that song BECAUSE As we drove from Michigan heading toward Florida (only got as far as TN) and they kept playing that song on our trip. I loved it as soon as I heard it. Also, Elton John's "Your Song" TIS

So I've noticed for the past couple of weeks that when I turn off my TV and go to sleep, when I wake up, my Time Warner cable box has miraculously changed changed channels to Channel 934. There have been times when I've been watching...say...the History Channel, and I turn off the TV AND cable box, only to wake up the next morning and have the cable box ON and tuned to channel 934. This happened TWICE yesterday, and numerous times before yesterday. I've gone through all the menus to see if there's some sort of reminder set to change the channel to 934 at a certain time, but I can't find anything, and I KNOW I didn't set it up to do that.
Needless to say, it is creeping me out a little bit...

Needless to say, it is creeping me out a little bit... Sometimes a cable company will do that to generate calls to their customer service center (and they can then introduce a new service/product). Depending on what model cable box you have, you can set the box to always turn on to the same channel when it starts up. It's a very simple fix to change the setting.

I've never heard of that before, but it certainly makes sense. Those clever bastards! My cable box is a Motorola DCH3200. It's a standard cable box (no DVR).

Yeah, SC is right. Go through your menu settings -- there should be an option to set which channel comes on when it's powered-on. Mine is set to the last channel I was watching.
