One in particular was when Chrissy is getting the fish with Bevalaqua and Jizzmonte and they say at the end - "what does he think we are, his pitziole boys.

Not sure if i spelled it right but can anyone elaborate with what pitziole is ?. I take it somes italian fish dish but not sure im spelling it right.

In the earlier series they talked much more about the italian food which really exposed me to some new food. One i can't find though is shewadell or however it is spelled.

It could be steak, chicken, fish, whatever . . .

It's usually a light tomato sauce with peppers, onions and mushrooms.

And for the record, pizzaiolo basically translates to pizzamaker in Italian.

Try sfogliatella. It would be pronounced here in the New York area as "shvooyadell".

Wow no wonder i couldn't find it searching google lol.

Thanks SC. Some of these italian pastrys look amazing, not sure if you can get them in the UK here, but im gonna have a look.

Another was when the Priest father intintola was talking about the food him and Carmela made, pronounced something like Zabayone?

The priest was always mooching some food off Carmela (and the other wives). I think your "Zabayone" may be referring to sabayon. It's really spelled "Zabaglione". I never ate it but you can find descriptions of it online.
