To my knowledge, these names do not occur in any FBI listings as made members in any Mafia Family. I´m not saying they were not involved though. I do know a little about the son.
In 1959, Imbrogno Jr (23 years old, of 326 N. Terrace Ave.) was sent to the Westchester Penitenttiary after been sentenced to a six month prison term for wife beating. While on an outside work detail, he managed to escape. He had worked on a plastering detail at a hospital room when he fled into the woods. He was recaptured four days later in Newark, NJ at the home of an aunt.
October 1964. Imbrogno Jr was find 50 dollars for speeding.
March 1966. Imbrogno Jr was flown back from Las Vegas to face burglary charges. He had been arrested with a Arthur S. Reuff. They were suspected of committing a daylight burglary at the home of William Ventricelli.
In January 1964, a marriage lisence was issued to a Robert Chiudina, 250 S. Second Ave., Mount Vernon, draftsman. Nancy O'Connor, 55 Durst Place, instructor. The couple married some days later but I doubt that this Chiudina was "your" Chiudina. He was described as the son of Mr. and Mrs. Al Chiudina of 497 Van Cortlandt Park Ave. His brother Alfred was bestman.
I managed to find a comment made by Imbrogno Sr published in New York Evening Post Dec 11, 1941. He gives his view of USA entering the second world war.
"EUGENE IMBROGNO, 257 S. 10th St., Mt. Vernon: "It's a god thing we're getting in this war. We've wasted enough time."

Mount Vernon borders the North Bronx and was loaded with Italians back in that era. To the best of my knowledge, it was always Lucchese territory. John Manfredonia was in charge back then. They called him "Peanuts." He was murdered in his own house back in the late '70s.
To the best of my knowledge, he was the only made guy in the area at the time in question (although there were loads of connected guys). So if the Imbrognos were ever considered to be "important," I still don't think either one was made.
Footnote: My wife owns and operates two laundromats in Mount Vernon, so I'm up there all the time. The area is now home to one of the largest Brazilian populations in the entire country. Channel 13 recently did a documentary about São Paulo, and that neighborhood was referenced as "Little São Paulo in New York." But as a whole, Mount Vernon is predominantly African-American today. Hardly any Italians left at all.

I forgot to mention that (I think) Imbrogno Jr died in March of 1984 in Fairfax, Marin, California. Judging by his 10 pages rapsheet, it´s possibile that he died in a prison at that location.

Found something interesting. Eugene R. Imbrogno's uncle was Frank A. Imbrogno, also of Mount Vernon.
Frank was a bookmaker who ran illegal gambling houses. His businesses were raided and he was arrested many times from the 1930s - 1950s.
In a major 1940 gambling raid, Frank and other shopkeepers were busted. Some of those hauled in where Frank Sposato, Patsy Mosca (later became a Deputy Public Works Commissioner), Robert E. Mulligan, Frank Porro, Vito Savino, Ralph Savino and Nathan Davis.
^^^ anyone heard of any of these people?

Frank Imbrogno ran illegal gambling and bookmaking operations in his Mount Vernon, NY neighborhood. He was busted more than a few times between 1931 and 1946.
At the time of that last arrest in '46, Frank was running an operation from a service station and two adjacent buildings. Not coincidentally, right on the heels of that bust, Anthony "Chick" D'Amore, a Genovese crime family associate, was arrested and charged with running a multi-city bookmaking ring centered in Mount Vernon.
The operation was bringing in $20,000-$30,000 a day ($218,000-$327,000 in today's dollar). A ledger containing names of prominent citizens, local politicians and police officers on the take mysteriously disappeared from evidence during the course of the trial.
20 years later, in 1967, Anthony "Chick" D'Amore was busted again for running a multi-million dollar gambling operation out of the very same service station that Frank Imbrogno had been working out of.
1 Mount Vernon Ave.
D'Amore was part of the Sabato Milo gambling syndicate.
