That's right. He's already served a lot of time since he was canned, which already counts as time served. So he'll be out in less than five years.

jojo is a very influential guy, i concur with pizzaboy's assessment on dom and zeke, both guys have been around a while and make a good duo

i had funzi as head of that faction but recent (few yrs back) gambino reports out of nj have nicky mita as that guy, funzi is a capo in jersey tho

I think Crea has a lot to do with the Lucchese's stability at this point. The Bonanno's have more capos on the street, but have virtually no administration.

Except for Fat Tony Rabito for the Bonannos out on the street, I have him down as acting consig for TG. The Colombos have Donnie Shacks as acting underboss for sonny franzese out on the street,but the constant paranoia of informants amongst their midst especially due to recent defections always wears down on that family.

Colombo's really have to be on their guards at this point. Bonanno's not out yet in your opinion?

Vinny TV I heard is top candidate to become boss when he's released. And what's up with Matt Madonna and Joesph DiNapoli? They were indicted five years ago and they're out on bail. When's that trial going to get going?

^^^that trial is still in limbo along with nicky scarfo jr who was also indicted in that case and the perna crew, last i heard the nj state was ironing out some legal stuff with one of the accused which has caused the delay for all of them

house arrest, strict monitoring etc. at the rate this thing is going they will prob both be dead by the time they get sentenced (pushing 80 both of them) but who knows

If they were smart they prob named acting capos to run their respective crews.
