i quite enjoyed mafia 2 but that was mostly for the story, like vinnie said the gameplay wasn't great, i won't spoil the ending but i will say i was unhappy, not because it was a poor ending or anything but i was just unhappy with what happened to certain characters was vito in mafia 1? i can't remember, i tried playing it years ago but my computer was too crappy, all i can remember is that the character you play as is an informant or something

I would really love to see the 20s/30s done justice. Mafia 1 was awesome for its time but imagine prohibition portrayed on the PS4/Xbox One/PC. I want to be responsible for distributing outlawed liquor, big mob hits (with actual planning), smuggling narcotics and all the other activities connected to the gangsters of that era. Imagine portraying a Lucky Luciano-esqe character climbing the underworld ladder as he deals with the old school Mustache Petes and all the other characters that could be apart of the game. But in order for it to actually be something worthwhile it'll need to be an open world sandbox game (like GTA). That way we'd have the freedom to do the many different activities that the gangsters of the day involved themselves in. Maybe a brand new ip in the years to come. Other than that, a 60s/70s setting would also be ideal.
