Burnstein has pretty good sources but all the stuff about Quebec I don't know is it LE? Ita the voices in his head. Where are the lawsuits then? It all sounds like a good money-making opportunity if you ask me. I'm sure he'll get hit by one one day. But he writes about criminals who aren't prone to suing. Acting like that's proof of anything is stupid. If you have followed the shit he's written and know his track record you'd know how much shit he out rght makes up and how many times he's been caught lying. None of his garbage should be shared until he can prove to be a reliable and credible reporter.

just watched SBs video about sitdown allegedly attended by leonardo rizzuto and martin robert in montreal. now i will not outright dismiss this claim as it is a standard time honored way for some criminal groups to settle a war. so the possibility exists that this indeed happened at some point in 2024. there has been no direct attacks against rizzuto/sollecito clan as far as murders or attempts and likewise for those allied with robert, discounting mathieu belanger in mexico as that could have been several crime groups it seems. what i have a hard time digesting is this; how has none of this come out in quebec media? no one at lapresse, TVA or the jdm even have a paltry sniff about this alleged meeting...nothing. the journalists at these media outlets are far and away the best informed most clued in group reporting on OC in quebec regarding the mafia, HA and street gangs and yet crickets. that is my first very glaring question, my second would be his claims about pietro d'adamo being well apparently every possible mafia title in the book. is he capo, underboss, acting underboss, consigliere??? one of scotts sources may want to clue him in to the fact that these itles DO NOT EXIST IN THE MTL MAFIA!!!
since 2019 the journalists reporting for the above media outlets have repeated ad nauseum that the mafia in montreal is not a pyramidal top down structure like other mafia groups. they operate in clans broken down into smaller cells and some are allied and work together and some dont. there is NO overall BOSS/#1 who rules all clans/cells, think vito rizzuto in late 1990s into 2000s. that structure does not exist and has not for a long time. so if the structure doesnt exist how can said titles and roles its patently ridiculous. so we are led to believe that all journalists in quebec reporting on mafia in montreal know the structure and makeup of the mafia its titles and roles, they know what fred silva is saying to police and releasing those murder tales online despite an ongoing investigation but they simply missed out on this seemingly important historic sitdown. to quote clay davis from the wire " shiiiiiiiiiit, please."
and one more...if one were to check headlines related to BFM and HA from sept 2024 to dec 2024 there does not seem to be a truce on that front.

It's been a month since this alleged meeting and still no local reports because it didn't happen. I guess if we witness a long period without killings, then Scott Burnstein was right. We are already in a long stretch with no killings. Been over a year Can anyone out there tell me what clan Pietro Scarcella belongs to? The answer is no one knows. There hasn't been anything on him in years. He's been associated with Vito Rizzuto but everyone has been. We don't know if he's made.
