Its simple, "how much did you make this week?" "10k boss" "ok give me 5k" from there its kicked up the ladder. I dont believe there are set percentages.

I think that guys who planned heists and robberies had to let the capos know what they had in mind. I don't think it was just "freelance" crime work. What the risks/rewards had to be weighed first. Then the wetting of the beaks could be measured.
