Does this happen? I know associates have been known to switch affiliation from one family to another, but is it possible for a made guy to do this under any circumstance at all?

When war's break out people switch also when the whole Admin goes down they can switch too anyone else who tells you different is a pussy

Ya after bruno got whacked in philly and all the shit that went on after that jackie dinorscio(who was potrayed by vin diseal in the movie find me guilty) who im pretty sure was made in philly made the jump to the lucchese jersey crew.

Jackie Dee wasn't made in the Philly Family but he was an associate in the Down Neck crew so it wasn't difficult to just call on his friends in other family's in Newark ad jump ship, Jimmy the Weasel Frattiano switched back ad forth between the Outfit ad the LA Mob and apparently so did Johnny Rosselli but that's the west coast mob, I've never heard of it happening in the Northeast

ok not sure why i thought he was made, was albert gallo(crazy joes brother) made before he made the switch to the west side after the gallo crew broke up, i dont think he was but does any1 know for sure?

Are you sure Jackie Dee wasnt made? Did he get made by the Luccheses? BTW Find me Guilty is a great flick for anyone who hasn't seen it. Very underrated; probably Diesels best movie.

he was definatly made, i thought he was made be philly then switched to luccheses, but southend seems pretty sure he was just a philly associate then got made by the luccheses(which hes problly right). Either way he was definatly made.

How about Nicky Scarfo Jr.? He wasnt made by philly but did lots of work for philly before switching to the luccheses. Favor by Amuso, althought Crea wasnt in favor of it.

albert gallo, he was crazy joes brother, i mentioned him in an earlier post. Im not sure if he was made with the colombos before he switched to the west side, i think hes a capo now. I asked if any1 knew if he was made b4 he made the switch, i dont think he was but does any1 no 4 sure?

dominic isabella switched from bonnano's to patriarca in the 80's, joe russo didnt switch fsmilies but was involved with luchesse's in early 50's, henry temeleo was made with bonnano's then became underboss of patriarca and going way back gessipe messina and his five brothers worked with the black hand in ny before moving to boston and taking control of the whole thing here around 1915-1919 something like that...and the whole luisi situation being from boston and joining the philly family dont really consider a switch but he sure had strong family ties in boston

Nicky Bianco counts I suppose. He grew up in Rhode Island but went out to NY early in life for "work". He linked up with the Colombo's and went back to Ray Patriarca during the Gallo Wars and asked him to mediate. Patriarca mediated successfully and as a result brought Banco back to Rhode Island with him and made him as then a Colombo associate into the Patriarca Family of which he eventually became underboss for a while

Albert Gallo was made in around 1976/1977. By that time, Gallo had been a Genovese associate for a couple of years (switching from the Colombos). I think Gallo and Punchy were sponsored by Toddo Marino.

MADE guys switching families. I understand it's possible for an associate to end up under another family's wing, certain events considered. Example: Made soldier from Lucchese family switches to Genovese family. Anything now?
