Who are the guys with the highest personal kill count--what I mean is, guys with the highest number of people they PERSONALLY whacked. Not ordered, not drove for, but actually pulled the trigger?

And, on the flipside, who are some high level guys who were personally involved in the least amount of murders?

I can't picture Paul Castellano ever whacking someone personally.
