Did you guys know that almost all this stuff can be accessed online, so long as isn't under seal, from PACER? I got a business/enterprise account and was looking up some famous mafia cases for fun. Like Junior Gotti or Sammy the Rat. So long as it was filled between 90-2013, it seems like nearly all the information is available. Sometimes you can get the plea agreement or witness agreement.
If anyone is interested in a specific case transcripts, warrants, indictments, complaints, motions, etc, I could retrieve the documents for you.
Should probably ask Mr. Kierney. I guess if you're Italian, you should be in prison.
I've read the RICO Act, and I can tell you it's more appropriate...
for some of those guys over in Washington than it is for me or any of my fellas here
