I am working an appeal case and looking for info on a guy from New Jersey called Frank The Hat, I need a real name. Moved to Brunswick, NJ and it is said that his son runs a Bail Bonds business there.

There is Gambino soldier Frank "Frankie the Hat" DiStefano but I'm not sure he's who you're talking about.

I'm thinking Frank DiStefano is the guy your thinking of Stevie P like IvyLeague said. I've heard the name a couple times but not much on him anywhere that I can see. He's a Gambino for sure and I'm guessing out of the Jersey Crew.
