im sure if he was a great earner someone would have eventually made him. there have definitely been people who have been made who were only Italian on their mothers side. John Veasey is someone who comes to mind. Hell John Gotti Jr. was only 75 percent Italian, so if you are a great earner then the rules really get bent/broken a lot of the time, we all know that. Hey, rules are made to be broken right? So you never know. I do know that Gotti would have never made him because of this, but im sure someone who was a little less strict on that part of Cosa Nostra would have let him in if he was either great at murder or earning, or both.

yeah that whole Stanfa era was ridiculous. He made a former cop and rat in Ron Previte, i mean talk about desperate. In Leonetti's book he said that Ralph Natale was not even made and he became the "boss" and he didn't take it seriously. Is it true that Natale was never even made?

so how does that work? how can a soldier make someone? and then to go from being made by a soldier to becoming a boss? its a joke, just like Natale's criminal career. I guarantee theres dozens of people on this message board that could have been a better boss than Natale lol.

he was locked up for selling drugs, what kind of boss has his major business as a drug dealer. I would have loved to have Natale as a boss, he was probably such a puppet for Merlino lol.

I don't think he could have been made but he was indeed an interesting character. I remember from "Underboss" that he made Gotti swear on his dead son that he wouldn't hurt him and somehow John convinced him. Then, some months later after things got cooled down, Tommy Karate whacked Willie Boy with 19 rounds supposedly as a favor to Gotti. Can somebody clear this up cause I'm not sure whether Gotti okayed (ordered) this or was Tommy just going rat-patrol and doing him a favor hopefully to get on John's good side?
-I shot him a coupla' times. -What's a couple? -Hmm, more than a couple... Really I don't know the exact amount, maybe I shot him 10 times, 12 times? -Maybe fifteen? -Hmm, it could've been fifteen...
