Two crackpots going after eachother. Putin- the russian crackpot currently pantsing the president and our country in the NYT. McCain- a old arizona crackpot that should have retired a decade ago, never seeing a war he didn't like even when his intelligence reports come from a fake PhD candidate semi-student.
But you are right in so far as Putin is a the worst kind of political OC that has zero interest in actually carrying out the disarmament of the weapons he provided the Syrians. It was funny watching a war criminal appeal to liberal's principles of international law in the NYT. Dude is sharp.
