Airmail Policy Wheel - Owned by James " Big Jim" Martin, Westside Policy King of the 28th Ward ,in the 1920s and family operated by his nieces & other relatives on the business end . The hands-on policy operations by his lieutenants.

Harlem-Bronx Policy Wheel - 4312 S Indiana Ave , owned by the Jones Brothers. Writing $2,500 a day in business a reputation built on honesty. This is where Ted Roe got his start being employed as bookkeeper than later the manager of the day-to-day operations.

Monte Carlo Policy Wheel - 601 E 36th St, Owned by Clarence " Pop" Lewis. He also owned the Platinum Lounge with both businesses operating inside the swank 6 floor 200-room Vincennes Hotel.

Tia Juana Policy Wheel - 2961 S State St, Owned by the Kelly Brothers ( Walter, Ross, & IIy) around 1926. This wheel wrote $3,000 a day by 1927 and which it's peak of $80,000 a day over four daily drawings in 1928. The protection payoffs ranged between $50 and $300 to cops & politicians.

Belmont & Old Reliable Policy Wheel- Owned by the Policy Queens of Bronzeville; Irene Coleman & Leslie Williams

Alabama/Georgia, Jackpot, & Whirlaway Policy Wheels- Owned by a Policy Queen and King, Ann Roane & Matt Bivins " Playboy of Policy".

Illinois-Milwaukee and Illinois-Missouri Policy Wheels - 5827 S Calumet, Owned by James " Jimmy" Hilt. His wheels combine earnings was $1,500 a week.

Maine-Idaho-Ohio Policy station- 53rd & Wentworth, Owned by Winston Wentworth.
