I was having a discussion last night with my wife about this and we had some disagreements on certain things. I believe it depends on how they live their lifestyle which can easily age you for better or worse. I also do feel feel that Italian women once their past 50 age horribly

I'd say Italian women age very slowly.

My grandmother is in her mid 90s but does not look it, or act it.

My mother and her sister are younger but look decades younger, and do not act their age. Or let's put it this way one of them had surgery recently and had to go to a rehab/physical therapy place afterwards. They said that there were people there who were decades younger than them who looked a lot older than they are.

But none of the women in my family smoke and sometimes they drink alcohol but it's just a glass of red wine with a meal.

They also have never done tanning like in a tanning bed or with those fake tans products or skin dyes people would get in the 80s. They would get some sun on the beach or outside while gardening but they would wear sunscreen, and not intentionally burn themselves really badly.

No of course Italian women age similar to Bosnian women with a sprinkle of Costa Rican women . WTF, all humans age the same, relatively genetics will have a role in it but unless your family are five generations of junkies (in which case you should be dead) it depends on how any Italian or Slovenian woman decide to live their lives.

Mafia wives seem to age badly. Robably because of all the pressure they are on with their cheating husbands. Plus they have drugs in the house.

Do you watch Mafia Wives? Never watched it myself, but you assuming that all mobsters, cheat on their wives is as good as me assuming that you (if you have a wife) are having an affair with a right back from the 1990 Cameroon World Cup squad.

Two things that age many people prematurely are lots of exposure to the sun and cigarette smoking. Genetics play a role, of course, as well as other external factors. Stress, if its extraordinary, does it too. Look at all of the recent presidents when they took office and when they left. They all aged more than 4 or 8 years.

Also, absent extreme circumstances, those of African descent seem to age better than Caucasians. Hence the phrase: Black don't crack.

I hung out in many social clubs. There was only one guy that I know never cheated on his wife and that someone was me.

So that of course gives you the right to speak for everyone.

The Mediterranean "diet" has been touted for years as a better alternative to the stuff we eat over here.

I'd think that the diet and climate in (lower) Italy would be more conducive to people aging well than the food and weather in many parts of this country.

Yeah because all men do or will cheat on their wives based on your claims. Not everyone involved in that sort of business uses drugs, drinks or smokes, or sells drugs.

Do Italian Women age well? From my experience, only if you keep them in wooden kegs; they tend to ripen too fast if you keep them in the new plastic kegs.

I keep mine in the closet. That's her banging away right now.
