All those defense attorneys probably got paid so much money and were treated like kings by the crew when none of them were charged... Fucking trial almost went on for 2 years.. Could you imagine dealing with that and how much money that must have cost?

I think its crazy they were all found not guilty. Does anyone have more information on the trial?

I remember reading somewhere that an informant(might've been either tommy riccardi or Acceturo) told the feds that they got to a juror in this trial and thats the only reason they were able to get off. anybody else remember hearing anything like that?

I think if its not a unanimous vote it's a hung jury, all it takes is one to disagree, I THINK.

There have been movies and tv shows on one juror doing just that same thing.

Hung Jury and Not Guilty are two different things.

If the jury is hung they can pick a new one and try you again like they did with Ligambi.

That one juror must be a hell of a salesman to be able to convince all 11 to vote not guilty if there is evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. Most of the time you bribe that one juror to make sure it's at least a hung jury if things go bad.

you could see the black guy and girl older to happy for them, fucking Newark the shits cray drive fast threw it. if they got to a juror had to be them. they probably went to the restaurant with them. I read they were all plotting to kill each other but they looked happy after the verdict. that at the time when the Brooklyn guys were gunning for them what a bad decision. gotti or chin were nyc guys but they never tried to take out there nj friends stooped. gotti tried to absolve the decav family into his, is that a word absolve sounds right. aint that what the priest in church do to your sins absolve.
