Thank you sir! I take it you're the administrator for this board? If so, great work and thank you for doing it! No, I'm not an administrator. Just trying to help .

Also Conrad ianniello's 2012 indictment involved him extorting garbage hauling companies in Connecticut. That's nothing new, and it only makes sense because Uncle Matty had most of the Connecticut carting industry sewn up before Connie even came into the picture. Before the Feds took over his companies and put him out of business, Tommy Milo alone had at least half-a-dozen companies in that State. And Tommy belonged to Matty. He made a fortune up there. But like a lot of mob connected carters back in the '90s, he was forced to sell his companies to the Feds at a fraction of their worth. Today there are a bunch of smaller companies up there with two and three trucks apiece. Some of the owners play the role pretty good, but most of them aren't with anyone.

Yeah, I remember that story going public when Jimmy Galante was on trial. And like I said in my post above yours, Tommy Milo belonged to Matty. And Jimmy belonged to Tommy . Shit rolls downhill, money rolls uphill .

I was wondering what influence the LCN had in CT? I don't know much about the mafia besides what I read in the media and through independent news sites such as is one. I know from reading that the Gambinos had a presence here (I live in the Hartford area) it what about the other families? Thanks I'm advance for the information and I apologize about my lack of current LCN knowledge. Most of what the Gambinos are into up there has to do with gambling, whether its card games, sports betting or shaking down independent bookies, and also loansharking goes hand in hand with gambling. i assume your familiar wight the most recent Depreta bust? if not- http://www.fbi.gov/newhaven/press-releas...-in-connecticut John Liquori who was arrested in that bust just had his son die a few weeks ago. Hit by a car while jogging. Only 20 or something close to that. They let john go to the hospital but not the services pieces of snit cocksuckers that they are.
When Interpol?

That is disgusting, I don't often feel sorry for mob guys but like PB says, he wasn't a heavy guy, couldn't even see his son buried.

I hate to say it because it's a very sad thing. But I tend to believe that a better lawyer would have been able to spring him for the funeral. I mean, I've heard of heavy guys getting out for family services. And this kid is just a bookmaker . Just a bookmaker. Sad really. Kid went jogging and never came home. Better lawyer gets him to the services, true
When Interpol?

I believe that was Matty's last court case. It was kinda like watching Muhammad Ali fight after he was already a shadow of his former self .

Frank piccolo was a big gambino captain in ct until tt hat snake castellano let the west side whack his own capo. Hate gotti but paul was a pos That was Paul's biggest mistake. Forget about "Paul's a businessman and not a gangster," and "Paul's a greedy pig," and "Paul's only boss because of fucking Carl," and all that other bullshit. If Paul didn't give the nod to whack Piccolo, Gotti never would have gotten enough backing to whack him. Never. That was the last straw. And the funny thing is, it took four years for Gotti to exploit. But when his back was to the wall with the Ruggiero tapes, that's when he pulled it out of his sleeve.

Hate gotti but paul was a pos Scarfo's relatives were Piccolo's but there were some Piccolo's from NY he didn't get along with and was related too. Chin & Co I believe wanted him to play nice with his own blood up there. I could be wrong but Remember reading that before in a NJ Crime Comission Report.
