http://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2016/03...d_ReadMore_Pos5You can call Charles A. Lightbody a felon, just don’t elaborate on his criminal past, and don’t refer to him as a New England Mafia associate.
Don’t mention King Arthur’s, the adult entertainment club in Chelsea. If you do, describe it as a bar and nightclub, and definitely don’t refer to defendant Dustin DeNunzio’s visit to a similar establishment in Boston. In fact, don’t refer to his social life at all.
And, of considerable importance, please limit discussion of Lightbody’s jailhouse conversations with reputed New England Mafia soldier Darin Bufalino, because it might unfairly link his codefendants to La Cosa Nostra. Especially DeNunzio, whose name is similar to high-ranking Mafia figures Carmen and Anthony DiNunzio.
Those demands are just a few in a lengthy list made by lawyers for DeNunzio, Lightbody, and codefendant Anthony Gattineri and filed with a federal judge this week. The filings, called motions in limine, are meant to resolve last-minute legal disputes, and they offer a behind-the-scenes look at the legal maneuvering on points large and small that typically occurs in advance of a complex trial.

Plus, they should be worried about DeNunzio and Gattineri, they're the made guys and Lightbody gets all the press... Never saw them mentioned as made.. He's gotta be high ranking associate if not made seeing who his relatives are? They probably dont make alot of guys over there so he is probably treated the same.

Neither of them are made....Charlie Lightbody is a lot of things but a clean front is not one of them. Don't kid yourself-Charlie is the only street guy of the 3.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — A backhoe unearthed dirt and sand Tuesday on property associated with a Providence man who is accused of having New England Mafia ties, while an FBI spokeswoman confirmed that federal agents are working in the same vicinity. The focus of activity was just off Woodward Road, behind a building that’s among a handful of old mill buildings at the intersection of Woodward and Branch Avenue. The complex encompasses 725 Branch Ave., a converted mill building, where FBI agents recovered 1,400 marijuana plants this past August. During that raid, the 69-year-old owner of 725 Branch, also the owner of a company named Branch Realty, was arrested and charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. According to an FBI affidavit in support of William Ricci’s arrest warrant, an informant reported that Ricci “is a long standing New England La Cosa Nostra (NELCN) associate.” During the day of the raid, investigators seized marijuana plants, about $14,000 and a .22 caliber firearm and ammunition, according to a news release. On Tuesday, a spokeswoman for the agency’s Boston office, Kristen Setera, confirmed that FBI investigators had been working in the area of Branch Avenue and Woodward, but she declined to characterize their work, aside from saying the efforts are part of an ongoing investigation. Setera would not answer questions regarding any connection between the digging and the Ricci case. http://www.providencejournal.com/news/20160329/fbi-police-dig-behind-providence-building

Az- you can't be from Boston........you couldn't be more wrong. I live in AZ, grew up there in Boston. A child hood friend of mine is involved with two North Shore strip clubs, he has many friends tied in deep and he says they are. Harvard or not, DeNunzio wanted influence & muscle and "they" (LCN) wanted the construction exposure. I guess DeNunzio's father had longstanding ties to the North End so Harvard or not he was made part of the family....and you think Gattineri is just some guy? Heck, NE LCN is a different bird, rumor long had it one of Marvin Haglers trainer was made in the 70's so he wouldn't get messed with or have his fighters encroached on.

I would have to believe that this DeNunzio would be the first Harvard/MIT graduate to a made guy in the mob, in the world most likely. Which would make him both very smart and very stupid at the same time... http://thedenunziogroup.com/about.htmlMr. DeNunzio received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Sorry Mike an answer: in US for be a graduate you must go to an university? Because Don Carlo ' s son Thomas also was graduated but dont go to an university, there is a thing that I don't understand ? For me dinunzio is stupid for joint the mob and dont become a white collar criminal.

Unless you attended the School of Hard Knocks.

Here is the lastest info on that FBI digging site: By Mark Reynolds Journal Staff Writer Posted Mar. 30, 2016 at 8:32 pmUpdated at 8:35 PM PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The digging behind an old Wanskuck mill building continued Wednesday as some media, including WPRI and the Boston Globe, reported, citing unnamed sources, that the federal agents’ work at the location is based on a tip that a South Boston nightclub manager might be buried there. The Boston Globe reported that federal prosecutors believe they know how and when Steven A. DiSarro, of Westwood, Mass., was killed after he disappeared in 1993 but they’ve never charged anyone in the case. DiSarro, a Federal Hill native and real estate developer with ties to organized crime figures in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, was reported missing by his wife after he disappeared in 1993. Related content Photo: RI State Police on site of FBI's Providence digHis gray Mercury Marquis was parked at the Channel, a South Boston nightclub that he co-managed, around the time of his disappearance. The club had been linked to the indicted son of reputed New England mob boss Francis P. “Cadillac Frank” Salemme. In 2004, Salemme was indicted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston on two counts of obstruction of justice for making false statements about what he knew about the murder of DiSarro, according to WPRI. At various times Wednesday, Rhode Island State Police K-9 dogs and their handlers were brought onto the site of the digging in a vacant lot just off Woodward Road, directly behind a building that’s among various former mill buildings off Branch Avenue. Early last evening someone from the medical examiner's office visited the site. http://www.providencejournal.com/news/20...ppeared-in-1993

http://gangsterreport.com/gr-sources-one...r-i-fed-search/For what it's worth, Scott chimes in here. He implicates DeLuca, Rossetti, and Jackie Salemme as well. Exclusive Gangster Report sources tab the two unnamed lieutenants observing the Disarro hit alongside Cadillac Frank as Mark Rosetti and Cadillac Frank’s younger brother Jackie, a capo and future acting boss of the Patriarca crime family, headquartered dually out of Boston and Providence since the early 1950s. One source said Rosetti and Jackie Saleme helped Frank Salemme, Jr. “finish off” Disarro. Bobby the Cigar DeLuca, Cadillac Frank’s No. 2 in charge out of Providence, turned FBI informant in the late 2000s and allegedly pointed authorities to Billy Ricci’s property for where he took the Salemmes to bury Disarro, a well-known and popular Boston nightclub maven and millionaire several times over. DeLuca has told the FBI the mobster contingent laid Disarro to rest on what was a construction site in which a defunct mill was converted into the building it is today, per sources. Ricci, a member of DeLuca’s former mafia inner circle, pled guilty to drug charges this month and according to those familiar with the Disarro inquiry, as part of his plea deal he had to agree to let the FBI search his property for Disarro’s remains.
