This was the organizational structure of the Outfit's North Side crew in the mid-eighties, according to government witness Ken Eto:

Boss: Vincent Solano
Crew Bosses: Joseph DiVarco, Michael Glitta, Jasper Campise, August Giovenco
Other Members: Frank DeMonte, Ken Eto, Frank Orlando, John Matassa, Jr., Anthony Cirignani, Ronald Ignoffo, Joseph Arnold, Peter Dunias, Orlando Catanese, Victor Arrigo, Frank Tornabene

As further explanation, the "boss" (or "capo") would report straight to Aiuppa and Cerone. The crew bosses controlled certain territories within the North Side and reported to Solano. They generally had anywhere from half a dozen to a dozen soldiers and associates working for them. Those listed here represent those identified by Eto in his testimony, some of which were "made".

I would add Tom Matassa and Anthony DiFulco to this list, also Orlando's brother Mike. Mike Glitta should also be on this.

Frank Tornabene I think was Al's brother and a cicero guy. There was a Frank Belmonte who was a Northside guy but not a lot about him on the internet.

Yeah, this was taken from Eto's testimony at a Senate hearing so I'm sure he left some guys off.
