My personal opinion is that, as long as the word didn't get back to Cefalu that Agnello is directly using the Gambinos to get ahead, he(Cefalu) didn't want any ties to Agnello and that he didn't really give a fuck what Agnello is doing with his life. I'm gonna cut to the chase, though, CB (no pun intended with the word chase). Carmine got chased. There are no ifs, ands or buts about it. If he was dumb enough to try to bullshit these Cleveland guys into believing that he was still under the Gambino flag, he's probably better off in prison. Fucking idiot. 55, looks 65, about to go in for a ten piece all out of sheer stupidity and not being able to control his criminal minded tendencies. It's not like he needed the money. I have no pity for this moron. And I'll be honest, when he was going through the divorce from Vicki, I felt bad for HIM. You think it's easy being married into THAT family? But today he has no excuse.

Even still... wouldn't Carmine have to get his "operation" signed off by somebody high up in Cleveland? And would this possibly get back on whoever gave the go ahead? By who exactly, the family isn't even viable. Yes it is true they should not be, or arent a viable family...but they do have some made guys kicking around, making a living earning off traditional mob rackets. I can see some home grown guys not take too kindly to a New Yorker coming into their town and doing business. It did sound like some tension was there. I thought this guy was rich before he went to prison in NY? Unless Vicki spent all his money he should have been able to retire and spend his millions. Instead, he is headed back to jail. With his record and just the fact he is made and was a Gotti guy...they are going to HAMMER him

He went into good old boys country, and they zapped his ass. What did the old man say about him... Does he get in the back seat and wonder where the steering wheel is? Not too bright. Guys like him just refuse to accept the fact that even if he was doing everything the right way, those locals would still cause havoc, based on their gossipy loud mouths. Essentially, he was begging to get popped
