No Mc Ren and no D.O.C. = no Roger, no Rerun, no rent saw this t shirt and thought it was funny I love this!
All God's children are not beautiful. Most of God's children are, in fact, barely presentable.
I never met anyone who didn't have a very smart child. What happens to these children, you wonder, when they reach adulthood?

In the 80's I would have to say that most people were doing coke. I really don't remember hearing about crack til the mid to late 80's but of course I could be dead wrong. As far as music, it was always singing about blow not crack. White Lines and then songs by Doug E. Fresh and Slick Rick, LL Cool J, Run DMC, Curtis Blow, and then Freestyle, Beastie Boys, 2 Live Crew...Then it was F the police and beat your ho. Easy-E, Ice T, Dre, Ice Cube, Snoop
(That's how I remember it over here in southern Calif)

I can't figure out how to post videos, but here's a link to the extremely intelligent Frank Zappa taking on Tipper during the hearings. http://youtu.be/hgAF8Vu8G0w

free picture uploadWelcome to Death Row: From the makers of Thug Immortal comes this "Rapumentary" chronicling the rise and fall of Death Row records. The brain-child of Suge Knight, Death Row blasted onto the music scene, virtually out of nowhere, offering up Compton-based gangsta rap from a stable of artists that included Tupac Shakur, Snoop Doggy Dogg, and Dr. Dre. Using interviews with artists, critics, and Knight himself, Welcome to Death Row attempts to sort out the story behind the controversial company, addressing rumors of violent business tactics, criticism from political groups, and alleged involvement in thE drugs trade. One of the best documentarys I've seen , Thought I'd put it up Links - http://www.primewire.ag/watch-5803-Welcome-to-Death-Row

DeNiro, you and DonMega are getting all gangsta on us. Fo shizzle. What will be happening at the theaters when this movie comes out? Shootings? Drive by's? Will they need extra security? If I remember correctly years ago they had to beef up security when Boyz in the Hood was playing. The LAPD chief did say they were putting out extra security for the premier (and probably some showings after that). Wonder if Ice-T is in it. He was a big influence on NWA. The first west coast gangsta rapper. Then came Public Enemy on the east coast, then the ball bounced back to the west coast with NWA. I think the next major west coast gangsta group was Above the Law (produced by Dr. Dre) who had a big hit with "Murder Rap."
