Working for someone is a bitch. Better have people work for you. No one should spend any money on anything Disney owns anymore and let them know it.
There are a few employers who are fantastic. My oldest daughter works for one of them.
In jersey there factory that makes the products that she sells was destroyed in Sandy. They did not layoff anybody. They even kept the factory workers on the payroll until they rebuilt the factor.
The owner and his son are terrific people.
The owner thought he wanted to retire he owned a big chain of businesses. When he sold the business he gave a lot of money millions of dollars to each worker that worked for him. Those people if they wanted to could all retire after that.
This guy is the dreaded 1 percent that all middle class workers hate
it is not even a union shop.
My daughter has been with them for 4 years now. They work her butt off which she complained about. But she is a complainer they pay her really good money. She needs a favor they do it for her. Some people don't know when they have it good.
