Various websites have reported rumors that El Chapo is still infuriated by Donald Trump’s racist remarks against Mexicans and Mexico. The world's most wanted and most dangerous drug lord, Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, is allegedly offering a US$100 million bounty for whoever delivers billionaire and Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump to him, dead or alive. This content was originally published by teleSUR at the following address: "http://www.telesurtv.net/english/news/El-Chapo-Puts-100-Millon-Bounty-on-Trump-Dead-or-Alive-20151006-0001.html". Makes me wonder...if that's really true I bet there are plenty of people out there that would do it and take a life sentence if it meant their family could/would get the $$$. If I was a gangster with a terminal illness and my whole family was living below the poverty line, and KNEW FOR A FACT that my family would get the money...eh what do I have to lose? Of course there are a lot of "ifs" involved. Let's say you killed Trump and were arrested or killed, which would be a likely result. How does your family collect?

I think its bullshit. If an american political figure was killed, especially a presidential candidtate, the US military would be in mexico as would bombs. They woukd bomb so called " strategic targets". I dont mean it woukd be an invasion, we would bomb the shit out of area's known to harbor drug traffickers. I also think due to mexican corruption, the cia/ dea will try and kill this guy el chapo rather than bring him to justice irregardless of whether el chap threatened Trump.

I doubt the US Government will attacck or bomb the mexico, because the mexico is a onu member and the us must declare war to bomb the mexico; I don't want to say that use the seal, the marines, the dealta force ecc to find and kills drug lords is wrong, was for me here in Italy I will impose martial law in Campania, Calabria and Sicily; but we're in the real life and Trump had many milions to buy protection, and yes is a presidential candidate but I Think, and it's my opinion, nobody will do a shit for Donald Trump death.

Americans have paid to have Mexican politicians killed in the past, it has never been true reported. Mexicans have paid to have Americans politicians killed, remember the 1980s and 1990s. The US military, (Notably, the Air Force, and the Marines) have conducted black opts in Mexico over the years. Mexican Cartels have come across the boarder to kill their enemies. The DEA gone repeatedly across the boarder going after the Cartels, though Barracks Obama has put somewhat of a stop to it.
I think because of Sicaro, many people are wondering if that movie is true, some of it is true, but it is just a story.

Kind of off topic, but, does the Medellin Cartel still exist? Or any of the major columbian cartels? The Medellin group is defunct now. There are definitely still functioning drug trafficking networks in Colombia, but I'm not sure if there are still functioning, active "cartels". The cartels in Cali, Barranquila, and the Norte del Valle (an offshoot of the Cali group) are believed to be defunct, as well. The Cali Cartel started to rise to power while Escobar was on the run and eventually killed in the early 1990's; after Pablo's death and the convictions and deaths of many of the other top players in Medellin, the Cali Cartel became the most powerful in Colombia. Once the leaders of the Cali cartel became entangled in legal problems, they made a deal with the Colombian government that allowed some of their soldiers to continue functioning, and that group became the Norte del Valle cartel. Even if there are cartels in Colombia that are still active and functioning, today they are basically just the suppliers. They don't control the trafficking routes into the United States anymore, nor do they move the product into the States with their own people or have a stranglehold on distribution like they did back in the 70's and 80's. Nowadays, the Mexican cartels basically handle all aspects of transportation, and I would imagine that they also control nearly all of the distribution of heroin and cocaine once it arrives into the States. The Colombian's pretty much just make their money on the front end now (with cocaine).

He would actually like to whack the Donald before he becomes President. Chapo's alleged pronouncements tell us several things... 1. American policies toward illegal aliens have been hijacked and influenced under the table by Mexican drug lords buying off officials in the United States, and 2. Chapo thinks Trump actually has a chance at the US Presidency. 3. Drugs are still coming over the Southern border, and 4. Trump's border policies would be detromental to the pocketbooks of Mexican drug lords and cartels.
