Over on the real deal forum a credible source is stating that Johnny Chang was recently thrown a huge surprise party. Allegedly among those in attendance were Luchesse and Gambinos from NY, Ligambi, Borgesi, etc. Phil Narducci was supposedly not in attendance. Any here have any further insight and/or hear anything about this?

I'm pretty sure that it was a surprise party for his 60th birthday. He may not have the boss title (and the titles all around the hierarchy may be jumbled), but Johnny and Stevie Mazzone are definitely the top two guys on the streets in South Philly.
